Discover the magic of hapazome, a Japanese art form that captures the beauty of nature through Flower
pounding. In this hands-on workshop, participants will use fresh flowers and leaves to create vibrant
botanical prints on fabric or paper. With just a heavy rolling pin and natural materials, you’ll learn how
to transfer plant pigments into beautiful, one-of-kind design.
What to Expect:
Discussion and instructions for preparation
Explore textures, colors and structures of different plants
Reflect on the mediative grounding process of working with nature
Walk around farm collecting natures materials
Materials will be provided
What to Bring:
Comfortable clothes for work and walking farm
If you have any flowers or leaves you want to bring
A small piece of natural fabric with little texture

Unlike a typical music performance, you simply receive soothing tones in a comfortable position - Creating a meditative soundscape that helps quite the mind, release stress, and bring the body into a
state of balance and relaxation.
What to expect:
A quiet, supportive space for relaxation
Discussion on the crystal bowls
Short breathing mediation
Deep rest as the sound vibrations move through you
Closing & Integration, you will be gently guided back to the present moment

supported rest. Rooted in somatic awareness. This session invites you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and restore your inner balance.
